Researchers at the University of Tennessee have developed a robust methodology designed to profoundly impact revenues and relationships between companies that outsource. This ground-breaking outsourcing methodology is steeped in research funded by the United States Air Force which studied some of the most progressive outsourcing relationships by the world’s leading companies. The methodology was named “Vested Outsourcing,” due to its fundamental shift in how outsourcing relationships must be “vested” to ignite innovation, improve service, lower costs, and increase profit.
