Creating a Vested Outsourcing Agreement
The Creating a Vested Outsourcing Agreement online course consists of 15 self-paced, video-based modules designed to help you create a Vested Agreement. Each module delivers critical knowledge, step-by-step practical implementation tools, and a roadmap on how to create a Vested Agreement.
Courseware is taught by University of Tennessee Center for Executive Education faculty and the authors of The Vested Outsourcing Manual.

The Collaborative Contracting is a 2 day class that is delivered as both an open enrollment class and as a private class delivered on site to team needing to sharpen their collaborative contracting skills. This is an advanced skills course covers must-have skills for developing agreements that are highly collaborative and highly profitable.
This program will provide business professionals with a process for working together in a non-adversarial legal and contract framework to create greater financial returns and better customer-supplier relationships.

Individuals who are wanting to become an expert in the field of crafting Vested Outsourcing agreements may chose to become a Vested Outsourcing Certified Deal Architect.
